Nursing Assistants & Aide

Position Summary:

It's About You, LLC is looking for a dynamic, experienced and compassionate caregiver to join our team. The caregiver performs ADLs for the elderly and disabled. Are YOU that person? Can you make a difference for someone that needs assistance with every day tasks? We need an aide for a specific client(s) in Hot Springs Village area.

Functions:

Follows all company & AR Medicaid policies and procedures in performing the duties lined out by the state for each client. Maintains a positive, professional attitude when dealing with clients, client family members, visitors, other team members and representatives of any organization that needs to perform state visits with the client . Demonstrates good communication skills by speaking with clients, clients' families, or visitors and the office. Demonstrates ability to problem solve in order to achieve positive outcomes. Working knowledge of operating & maintaining various types of medical equipment such as Hoyer lift, wheelchairs, transfer boards. Documenting Care Activities in the online application in an accurate manner, initial training prior to using in the field. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience working with disabled and elderly. Must enjoy working with the elderly and/or disabled. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal. Must possess strong interpersonal skills both written & oral. Must be able to pass a state background check, adult maltreatment check, child maltreatment check & drug test Must have reliable transportation

$12.00 - $12.50 per hour
