• Nursing Assistant Job Description Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nursing staff and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring vital signs. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, including assisting with mobility and transfers. Support emergency medicine procedures as needed, ensuring patient safety at all times. Engage with patients in homelike settings, providing excellent patient service and support. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control protocols. Document patient information accurately and report any changes in condition to nursing staff. Assist in behavioral health settings by providing compassionate care to patients with mental health needs. Qualifications Knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology is preferred. Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant is a must. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service and empathy. Capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism. Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients safely. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program is required.
