We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Hospice Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our caring team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with the elderly and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their final stages of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist with mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition to the hospice nurse Offer emotional support to patients and families Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times Travel to patient homes or care facilities as needed

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of [Insert State] Prior experience working in hospice, home health, or long-term care, preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable

Preferred:

Experience specifically in hospice care CPR certification

Schedule:

Full time - M-F 8-5PM On-call availability is appreciated
