Summary We are seeking a Caregiver/Nursing Assistant to join our team at Southern Arizona Home Care. In this role, you will provide essential personal care to our clients, contributing significantly to their well-being and quality of life. Your support will be vital in helping clients maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record client health information and report any changes to the supervising nurse. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with mobility assistance and physical therapy exercises as directed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Ensure proper documentation of care provided in accordance with company policies. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Qualifications Valid Nursing Assistant certification (preferred) or equivalent experience in caregiving. Experience in senior care or home healthcare is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client welfare. Basic knowledge of medical documentation practices.
