Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in Alturas, CA. The ideal candidate will work closely with nursing staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality individualized patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and float between units as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of CNA experience in SNF or LTC setting — Required Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care (LTC) experience — Required Weekend and holiday availability —
