Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors, adults, and children with disabilities throughout Alameda County. This is an on-call position for in-home care throughout Alameda County. The on-call hours to choose from are Monday
- Friday 7am
- 3pm OR Saturday

- On-call as-needed. The hired candidate will be paid for the entire time they are on-call, working or not.
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with ambulation and transfers as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate service documentation Qualifications/ Requirements
- On-call as-needed
- Weekday or Weekend positions available
- California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain registration before hire
- Reliable transportation, requirement to travel anywhere in Alameda County
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, or personal care experience
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingess to obtain
- Experience supporting individuals with dementia
- Authorized to work in the United States Compensation
- All hours spent working with clients are paid at $21 /hr
- All non-working on-call hours are paid at $16.
