THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a variety of settings including ICU/Intensive Care, CCU/Critical Care, Med Surg/Medical/Surgical, DOU/Telemetry, and ER/ED (Emergency Room/Emergency Department). The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment .

Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Take vital signs and record patient information Assist with medical procedures and tests Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures Reasons Our Team Loves Working With Elite Healthcare Staffing We offer optional Daily Pay! Insurance Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of California Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in an acute care setting BLS/CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask If you are a compassionate and dedicated CNA looking for a per diem opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting position.
