SCHEDULE
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Sub-Acute FT (AM) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program Minimum one (1) year of Sub-Acute experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and speak English Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation Compassion towards residents and their families Primary Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse Such care includes assistance with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly Answer call lights to determine and meet resident needs Use proper body mechanics when necessary Perform and document rounds of patients and report any changes Provide companionship and excellent care to patients Maintain a clean and healthy environment Prioritizes patient/resident activities based on current care needs Proper lifting and transitioning residents from wheelchair to bed, bed to chair, etc. Transporting residents to dining area for meals and activities Be punctual and professional Other duties as assigned
Pay Scale:
$21 / hour Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise. #NURSING
