Job Summary Immediate Opening:

Full time Posting for an experienced Front Desk Leader or Patient/treatment Coordinator for an Optometry clinic. Responsibilities and Duties We are looking for someone who can work in an environment that is fast paced, sometimes stressful, but still maintaining a great attitude. Someone who can keep busy during the lulls and not above general responsibilities that come with keeping a office tidy and clean. They would enjoy working with people in customer service situations. They would have responsibilities in most things Optometry related, but primarily will be in charge of the schedule management. Qualifications and Skills This is not an entry level position and you should have some experience in this industry to be considered for this position. An ideal candidate would be someone who has been in the industry for at least 1-2 years. Our office uses Eyefinity EHR software and we see predominantly clients with VSP insurance. We have an in house lab, but we still work with various labs for our more advanced jobs. We are looking for someone who we can partner with and grow mutually. Benefits Starting compensation will be based off of experience, and reviews done at 6-12 months. We have PTO accrued monthly that adds up to 6 days a year. 3 paid holidays. $200/month extra for health expenses or option of signing up with group medical/dental. Annual credit towards eyewear purchases. Simple Ira 3% match.
