We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Position Overview:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. You will assist with daily activities, support nursing staff, and foster a warm, respectful environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility support, including transfers and repositioning, to promote resident safety and comfort. Take and record vital signs and report any resident condition changes to the nursing team. Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and assisting with light housekeeping tasks. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless, high-quality care. Document care provided following facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
