Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record vital signs Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Requirements:
