PCA/ Nurse Assistant - Medical Acute - Green Hospital - Nights

This is a benefit-eligible, full-time position (72 hours every two weeks), working 12-hour night shifts on various days and located at Scripps Green Hospital located in Torrey Pines. will be key to the success of this position. You will work in a 40-bed unit, with 28 private rooms, and will oversee care of on average 7-10 patients at any given time during the night shift. This position may require you to float within Scripps Green Hospital where you will be prepped at the beginning of each shift. The general duties of the Patient Care Assistant include: Provides excellent service to patients as a key member of the clinical care team Assists patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, collects data, and ensures the patient has a safe, organized environment Assists with patient care within the scope permitted and under the direction of a clinician Supports the unit with a variety of patient logistic, clerical, equipment/supply, and charge reconciliation duties #LI-JS1
