This 15 bed physical rehabilitation facility specializes in brain and spinal cord injuries but accepts a wide range of short and long term patients. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about exceptional patient care, effective communication, and solid teamwork. 15 bed facility staffed with 1 RN, 1 LVN, 3 CNA's Q shift Full-Time DAY shift available Every other weekend off 7am - 7:30pm (Day) 12 hour shifts OT after 8 hours DT after 12 hours Make a difference every day as a patient advocate providing quality of life-enhancing services to those we serve. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will perform hands-on nursing care with an emphasis on daily care needs and personal hygiene. Provide assistance and/or supervision to individuals in the areas of daily living, personal care, and community/social integration Maintain current progress notes and any other appropriate documentation Assist with household activities

Qualifications:
