Job Description:
MTK Healthcare INC. is seeking qualified CNAs to provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Multiple positions are available.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of RN/LVN. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). Provide personal care, comfort, and support to residents. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for facility residents. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and healthcare team members. Provide professional, respectful, and compassionate care at all times. Perform basic computer-related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Active California CNA Certification required. Current BLS (AHA) certification required. Strong communication skills (verbal and written English). Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and families. Basic computer skills required. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
