Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature. Support medication administration processes under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Provide specialized care for patients with complex needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments. Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during patient interactions. Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care, phlebotomy, and wound dressing changes. Document patient observations thoroughly in medical records while respecting HIPAA regulations. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in settings such as hospitals (including ICU, trauma centers), long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or outpatient clinics. Support patients requiring specialized care including behavioral health, hospice services, or post-acute recovery. Utilize medical terminology accurately to communicate patient needs and condition updates.

MUST HAVE

BLS, and CNA certification

2 years of CNA Experience - REQUIRED HC1
