Please join us to earn your certification as Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) with training from Kern Valley Healthcare District. Learn to provide compassionate care to patient and residents while assisting with activities of daily living. The Kern Valley Healthcare District's NATP Interviews are scheduled for July 6th, 8th and 9th. Roles & Responsibilities CNA work is both physically and emotionally demanding. CNA's provide daily care to multiple patients and elderly residents, which include but are not limited to feeding, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, assisting in use of bedpan or commode, ambulating/mobility, and other general care as needed. Qualifications & Skills High School Graduate or equivalent, must have good interpersonal skills, interface professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with residents, staff, and the general public.
