1 Description American Traveler is seeking a credentialed RNFA for a 13-week OR First Assist travel contract in California, requiring CNOR, CRNFA, and prior travel experience. Details Operating Room (OR) setting with First Assist responsibilities Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts (8:00-18:00) Required to work 2 weekends per month Shared on-call responsibilities with another RNFA Requirements Active CA RN license required Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CNOR, and CRNFA Minimum 2 years of RNFA experience required Prior travel nursing experience required 2 current supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration Copies of all certifications required for consideration Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate Previous employees of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler Only 1 holiday RTO request will be approved for the duration of the contract Credentialing through the health system is required upon offer acceptance — this process can take several weeks and involves completing an additional application Lab work must be completed within 3-5 days of signing the employment agreement
