CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Corrections

Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at a California State Prison! This position plays a vital role in providing essential care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility.

5 days/week, 8 hour shifts Higher pay available for travelers located 50+ miles from the facility

Contract Qualifications:

Active California CNA license (in good standing) At least 1 year of CNA experience BLS Certification from the American Heart Association Ability to pass a strict background check Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene Monitoring and recording vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team Supporting medical staff in wound care, patient transfers, and mobility assistance Maintaining a clean and safe environment while following facility policies and procedures Providing emotional support and communication to patients under supervision Ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility guidelines Why Join Ro Health?
