Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Professionals to join our team at CCHN. (If you are a new grad with less than one year of experience using your credentials, you will not meet our hire requirements.) In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the high standards of care that we pride ourselves on. Immediate need for home care private duty RNs, LVNs, CNA/CHHAs to work flexible schedule in the home from 4-24 hours/day in all areas of Los Angeles, Orange County Private Duty patient care assignments available immediately

• 8 & 12 hour shifts Full time AND part time positions in all of Los Angeles and Orange County LVNs ongoing cases with 4, 6, 8 hour shifts & 12 hour shifts 7AM to 7PM and 7PM to 7AM Intermittent Visits & 4 hour infusions for good infusion RNs CHHA
• 4•12 hour shifts (full time cases available) LVNs•shifts and visits
