McClure Post Acute is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team. We are committed to providing an excellent clinical experience for our patients and fostering an amazing work environment for our employees.
Compensation:
Pay Rate:
$22−$24 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with requests and provide personalized care. Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation, and other daily activities. Provide companionship and build strong relationships with residents. Respond to emergencies according to established policies and procedures. Document care provided to residents in accordance with documentation standards. Ensure that resident individual service plans are current and accurate. Regularly review 24-hour reports and care checklists. Maintain the upkeep of residents' rooms (e.g., making beds, taking out trash, washing dishes).
Qualifications:
Required Certification:
Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA). A positive attitude and a smile to bring to work every day. Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent care.
