02-28-2027 - with option to renew for additional year

Shifts:

8-hour variable shifts (Days, Mids, Nights) W2

Pay Package:

Total Blended rate of $28.04/hr $22.07/hr plus 11 Paid Federal Holidays (blended rate of $22.95) $5.09/hr in

Health and Wellness Requirements:

Active CNA license (any state)

AHA BLS ACLS 2
