There's a better way to do caregiving. CareFamily places experienced caregivers into private live-in roles with San Gabriel Valley families. One client at a time, a real relationship, and a schedule that doesn't change on you.
The pay:
Most live-in hours qualify for California overtime, so caregivers earn $80,000 to $125,000 a year working just 3 or 4 days a week. Base rate is $20 to $25 an hour, and you're paid for all 24 hours of each rotation day, including sleep time.
How it works:
You live at the client's home during a 3 or 4 day rotation, then you're off for the rest of the week. You choose the placements that fit you. No facility politics, no rotating roster of strangers, just one family who values your care.
The work:
Bathing, dressing, grooming, ADL support Mobility, transfers, repositioning Meal prep and medication reminders Transportation and companionship You'll need: CNA or higher (expired okay) 3+ years caregiving experience Valid driver's license Discretion and professionalism Background check and references CareFamily is a concierge referral agency.
