North Bay Post Acute is a 98-bed skilled nursing facility located in a great community in Petaluma, CA. Job Description:

Under general supervision, the CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) performs a combination of the following duties in caring for patients in the facility, consistent with the patient's plan of care and established care standards and facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating. Assist in the transport of residents. Takes and records patient's vital signs. Maintain a clean and healthy environment. ​Provide supervision and guidance for patient's during skills building and daily activities. Performs/assists with oral care including brushing and flossing of teeth, swabbing gums, denture care, and administration of mouthwash. Sterilize and prepare tools and equipment. Follow safety procedures and ensures safety of residents. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

CNA Certification (Experienced CNAs and New Grads welcome) Current, active CNA Certificate or graduation from a CNA Certification program High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be able to read, write and speak

Schedule:
