Active California CNA certification Must be willing to work at different locations Shifts available: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Current BLS certification preferred Experience with trach and vent care is preferred Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with the nursing team Prior experience in congregate living or SNF is a must! New grads will not be considered

Patient Ratio:

Each CNA typically supports 6 to 10 residents, allowing for more focused and individualized care.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean and safe environment Deliver compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care Accurately document care as directed
