Weekly pay About the Role ShareSTAFF is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for temp-to-hire opportunities at a skilled nursing facility in Ripon, California. We have four openings to fill across multiple shifts, with the opportunity to convert to a direct-hire role with the facility after a successful temp-to-hire period. You will provide direct bedside care to a geriatric resident population, supporting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being under the supervision of the Charge Nurse. The facility is known locally for stable staffing, a team-oriented environment, and long-tenured employees.Available openings:
Full-time NOC, 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM, 4-on / 2-off rotation (1 opening) Part-time NOC, 10:00 PM
- 6:30 AM (1 opening) Part-time AM, 6:30 AM
- 2:30 PM (2 openings) Part-time roles: minimum 3 shifts per week and at least 2 weekends per month What We Offer Weekly pay

- earn extra when you refer a fellow healthcare professional Dedicated recruiter support before, during, and after your placement Temp-to-hire pathway with the opportunity to convert to a direct-hire role at the facility What You'll Do Provide direct resident care including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Follow individualized care plans and daily routines as directed by the Charge Nurse Support resident transfers, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises Take and document vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respirations) Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, or ADL function to the Charge Nurse Maintain resident dignity and privacy during all personal care and treatments Ensure call lights are within reach and respond promptly when activated Document care delivery and observations accurately in the resident record Follow infection control protocols and facility safety procedures Carry out additional duties assigned by the Charge Nurse or nursing leadership What You Bring•Required Active California CNA certification in good standing Minimum 6 months of experience as a CNA Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely For part-time roles: availability for at least 3 shifts per week and at least 2 weekends per month Must be able to complete pre-placement requirements What You Bring•Preferred Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting Geriatric or senior care experience Experience with electronic documentation systems 1+ years of CNA experience Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and nights About ShareSTAFF ShareSTAFF connects skilled clinicians and caregivers with rewarding assignments at hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and healthcare organizations across California and nationwide.
