In this vital role, you will provide attentive patient observation, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and deliver exceptional home and community care. Whether working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or clients' homes, you'll create a safe, comfortable environment that promotes independence and well-being. Responsibilities We provide personalized, non-medical care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Personal hygiene assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing) Mobility and transfer support Toileting and continence care Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders (non-administrative) Companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands Post-hospital or post-procedure support Safety supervision and fall prevention Dementia Care, Hospice Care and Respite Care Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care settings preferred Experience providing care for individuals in hospice, respite care, or those with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other cognitive impairments is highly valued Background in long-term care supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities is a strong asset Ability to work independently in home environments as well as collaboratively within a team Caregiver Standards & Expectations Demonstrate hands-on experience while delivering care with empathy, dignity, and respect

Background Checks:

All CNAs/caregivers/homemaker all undergo full criminal background screenings to ensure client safety and trust

TB Testing:

Must pass tuberculosis (TB) screening prior to employment
