KPG Healthcare is currently seeking experienced psych/behavioral health CNAs for a long-term master-booking assignment. The ideal candidate will possess an active CNA certification with at least 1 year of recent psych/behavioral health experience.

KPG is bidding to be selected by the California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) for government travel/master-booking contracts. If awarded, the candidates we submit now will be the first group eligible to move forward in the application process. We are seeking experienced CNAs for high-acuity forensic psychiatric state hospital settings in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity for those comfortable working with psychiatric populations, including high-risk patients.

Specialties Needed:

CNA / Psychiatric Therapist Assistants (5 openings)

Minimum Requirements:

Active CNA certification Minimum 12 months of recent CNA experience BLS (AHA) preferred Candidate Fit /

Responsibilities:

Candidates should be comfortable with: Providing care to behavioral health/psychiatric populations Managing high-risk patients, including use of restraints and seclusion Responding to crisis situations Maintaining strict documentation and care planning standards Collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
