Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. Support residents' mobility by assisting with transfers and ambulation as needed. Participate in patient care planning and communicate effectively with team members regarding resident status. Document care provided and assist in maintaining accurate records as required by facility policies.

Qualifications:

Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Availability to work full-time night shifts with a weekend schedule.
