>, we are committed to delivering compassionate care in a supportive environment. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for patient care, with experience across various healthcare settings. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being through compassionate and attentive care. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, maintaining detailed medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner. Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory and behavioral health management. Maintain infection control standards through proper aseptic techniques and sanitation practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in acute care, long-term care, hospice, and behavioral health settings to deliver holistic patient-centered care. Assist with transfers and positioning using appropriate equipment for patients with mobility challenges or those in ICU or trauma centers. Requirements Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state regulations. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support procedures. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks. Prior experience caring for individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders is preferred. Ability to perform catheter care, phlebotomy procedures, and medication administration accurately. Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient service and caregiving responsibilities. $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
