Education/Requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active certificate to practice as an CNA in California. Current CPR certification Familiarity with assisting clients/residents with activities of daily living and taking vital signs. Responsibilities Provide basic life support and assist with patient care tasks such as ADLs. Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation. Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and physiology in patient interactions. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care. Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to provide optimal patient service.
