as a Caregiver/CNA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care to those in need in Torrance, CA.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Administer medications and monitor client health conditions. Assist with mobility and physical activities to enhance client comfort. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs. Maintain accurate records of client care and progress. Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
Requirements:
Valid CNA certification or equivalent caregiving experience. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to lift and assist clients with physical mobility. Previous experience in home care or healthcare preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Reliable transportation and flexibility in work hours. Background check clearance and references required. Passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
