Activity Assistant - Skilled Nursing Facility

About us Springs Road Healthcare is 65-bed, 5-star Medicare rated, skilled nursing facility located in Vallejo, CA. We are professional, customer service oriented, collaborative and our goal is to provide excellent patient care driven by customer service and safety. We are looking for a customer service and team oriented individual to help support our team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a hospital and/or medical administrative capacity with a commitment to customer service. Our activity assistant will be responsible for managing activities to meet the psychosocial needs or our residents, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Activities (weekend availability is required) Assist in creating an appealing calendar to meet the needs of our residents and maintain regulatory compliance Complete assessments and documentation timely Partner with facility staff to best support the residents and the team Arrange for entertainment within department budget Assist in organizing and managing events within the facility Assist with visitation within the facility for residents

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
