$23.00-$25.00/hour DOE + Benefits Job Summary Are you a compassionate caregiver looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? Shadelands Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Full-Time NOC Shift. In this role, you are more than just a staff member—you are a vital part of our residents' daily lives. Your primary purpose is to provide routine daily nursing care and services in alignment with each resident's individual assessment and care plan. You will work under the guidance of our nursing supervisors to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care in a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities Direct Resident Care:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
Care Plan Implementation:
Deliver care services strictly following the resident's established assessment and care plan.
Clinical Monitoring:
Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to all facility safety protocols and infection control standards.
Documentation:
Accurately document care provided and resident responses in according to facility policy.
Qualifications Certification:
Valid California CNA certification required.
Reliability:
Ability to work the PM shift consistently.
Compassion:
A genuine desire to work with the geriatric population and provide person-centered care.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
