Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of industry experience as LVN or Registered Nurse. Director of Staff Development experience preferred. Must have DSD certification or obtain it by completing 24 hour DSD course. Must have a Designated Subjects Career Technical Education Teaching Credential in subject area OR qualify to obtain a credential. We can help you with the process to obtain credential if you meet the qualifications! Company Overview Tri-Cities Regional Occupational Program is a dedicated public school that offers career-technical education to high school and adult students. Our programs are designed to prepare individuals for successful entry into college or careers, emphasizing practical skills and real-world applications. Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to teach Nurse Assistant Pre-Certification to high school students! In this role, you will deliver engaging instruction in the classroom and monitor and evaluate students in the clinical setting. You will prepare students for careers in nursing and related fields by developing comprehensive curricula and fostering hands-on learning experiences. You will prepare students to pass the state exam to become a Certified Nurse Assistant. Duties Develop and deliver dynamic lessons Follow curriculum materials aligned with state and industry standards Conduct theory and clinical training Assess student progress through tests, simulations, and practical evaluations Support students through tailored instructional methods in high school education settings Join us to inspire the next generation of nurses! Pay:
$38.72 - $62.49 per hour
