Job Description

CNA Office Coordinator BrightStar Care of Central Denver is the largest and top-rated skilled home care provider in Colorado. We provide high-quality in-home care services throughout the Metro Denver area and are seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a CNA Office Coordinator. This unique role combines direct care expertise, CNA peer mentorship, and office coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys supporting caregivers in the field while helping maintain an organized and efficient office environment. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Weekends Off Participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekdays and weekends, is required, with on-call duties performed remotely from home. CNA Office Coordinator Benefits $23 to $24 per hour Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time Off Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit Mileage Reimbursement for Field Visits Paid Remote On-Call Compensation 401(k) Matching CNA Office Coordinator Responsibilities CNA & Peer Mentor Responsibilities Serve as a peer mentor and resource for new and existing CNAs Provide field support and guidance to caregivers as needed Assist new hires with peer mentor visits Support clinical leadership with caregiver performance improvement initiatives Assist with client care visits when necessary to ensure continuity of care Provide personal care services as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and companionship as needed Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in client condition Assist in maintaining caregiver compliance and documentation requirements Office Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally Provide front desk and reception coverage Assist with maintaining employee and client files, including scanning, uploading, and organizing documents Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems Assist with scheduling support and communication with caregivers Support the new hire onboarding process and maintain onboarding documentation Monitor office supply inventory and maintain office organization and cleanliness Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as assigned Participate in the company's remote on-call rotation and respond to urgent staffing and client needs when assigned CNA Office Coordinator Qualifications Current Colorado CNA License Required Minimum one (1) year of documented CNA experience required Valid Driver's License Reliable Vehicle and Auto Insurance Current CPR or BLS Certification Negative TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray Ability to pass a Drug Screen Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems preferred Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds About BrightStar Care We are looking for someone motivated to learn, grow professionally, and become an important part of our team.
