Under the guidance of an RN, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for patients and their families—while growing your skills in a fast-paced clinical setting. What You'll Do Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staffSupport patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all timesAssist nurses with daily care, monitoring, and patient observationsParticipate in shift reports and communicate patient updates clearlyRecognize changes in patient condition and report promptlyConduct patient rounds and complete accurate EHR documentationAssist with patient transfers and transportationKeep patient care areas stocked, clean, and organizedBe a key part of a collaborative, patient-centered care team What We're Looking For Completion of a state-certified CNA training programCNA certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferredBLS certification required or ability to obtain within 60 daysA caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsLift and move patients and equipment safely (with or without assistance)Operate medical equipment and respond to alarmsThrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress healthcare environment Why Join Delta Health?
