Responsibilities:

Provide personal care as directed by a nursing supervisor Assist with bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as needed Follow the patient's plan of care Assist with feeding and meal preparation Light housekeeping and linen changes Transportation to appointments, shopping, and activities Safe transfers and mobility assistance Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Applicants:
