Hourly rates range from $17 to $25 per hour and are based on individual experience, willingness to travel, and the services required. The Lakewood area ranges from $22 to $25 per hour. Certified Nursing Assistant must possess a current unrestricted Colorado state issued CNA license. Must have a strong desire to assist in the delivery of basic client care. Employment is on a scheduled basis, however, is subject for change at the client's request and/or if changes in the client's condition warrants accommodation. Must have dependable means of transportation and be willing to travel within reason. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and co-workers Follow assigned Plan of Care and agency Policies/Procedures. Assist with ADL's and personal care by providing verbal prompts or reminders as well as contact assistance. Report all and any changes in Client condition to supervisor promptly. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Assists with household chores including cooking, meal preparation, cleaning and laundry. Assist in completing activities such as shopping and appointments. Assist with or performs tasks such as personal hygiene, bathing, hair care, mouth care, dressing, skin care and transfers. All disciplines must past a Criminal Background Investigation (CBI), and a Colorado Adult Protective Service Investigation (CAPS).

Basic Requirements:

Valid proof of residency (Driver's License, SS card, and Passport) High School or General Education Diploma Current Copy Colorado State issued CNA License 6 months to 1 year experience preferred (On Site Training Available) Current First Aide/CPR training preferred (Site Training Offered) Mental Health First Aid Certification (Site Training Offered) Current/Recent TB Current COVID Vaccination (Family providers are excluded) Proof of prior and /or current flu immunization Must be receptive to the following: Criminal and CAPS background Investigations Drug screening Required education: High school or equivalent preferred Required experience:
