Certified Nursing Assistant - Lemay Avenue Health and Rehab

Job Summary Lemay Avenue Health and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care within a supportive and professional environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, including long-term care, memory care, and post-acute services, with a focus on enhancing patient well-being and comfort. Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates. Support patients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's, dementia, or behavioral health conditions. Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems like PointClickCare. Follow aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection and ensure patient safety. Provide compassionate caregiving tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges. Qualifications Valid CNA certification required; prior experience in long-term care, memory care, or hospital settings is highly preferred. Experience with medical terminology, and vital signs measurement. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as sPontClickCare is a plus. Knowledge of specialized care areas including Alzheimer's/dementia care, behavioral health, post-acute care, or pediatrics is desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and ensuring patient confidentiality. Pay:

$19.00 - $32.48 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 40.0 per week
