Job description Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) welcome to apply.
Demonstrates professional work behavior:
Maintains a neat and professional appearance/ Maintain professional behavior and conversation in clinical and public areas • Observes, reports, and documents patient's conditions, reactions, concerns per company policy • Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment, including sterilization Cleans and maintains well-stocked exam, procedure and treatment rooms Labels and maintains proper handling and storage of specimens and tests Maintains and reviews patient records, charts, and other pertinent information Assists with maintain back office inventory and supplies Adheres to and follows the principals of quality customer care. Meets customer's needs and expectations in an ethical, proficient, competent, and timely manner. Treat all customers with compassion, caring, courtesy and respect. Greets and prepares patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures; obtains vital signs, short patient history; assists the provider as needed in the care of the patients Maintains timely flow of patients informs patients of appointment delays • Provides verbal and written instructions to patients according to protocol and/ or as provider directs Arrange for referrals, tests, treatments, therapy, with appropriate communication with patients regarding these functions. Performs direct patient care of catheters, wound care, post-operative care, injections or other medication administration as ordered by the physician • Responds in a timely and professional manner to all concerns, calls, e-mails of the patients regarding their care Maintains professionalism with providers, patients, co-workers Assists the front desk in scheduling or re-scheduling patients based on medical needs. Provides a positive customer relations role model to the other members of the healthcare team Emotional stability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position. Must handle stressful, urgent, novel and diverse work situations on a daily basis

$18.00 - $22.84 per hour

Experience:
EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred) Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
BLS Certification (Preferred) Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
