Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. The CNA plays a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure resident safety Take and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families Assist residents with meals and hydration as needed Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies Ensure resident rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and comfortable Follow infection control and safety procedures Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members Qualifications Active CNA certification in the state of CO Current CPR certification preferred Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
