NURSE PRACTIONER, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Nurse Practitioner with prior experience in fertility or reproductive medicine to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey—providing both technical expertise and empathetic care. Responsible for the clinical and administrative activities of diagnostic ultrasound services, as well as providing detailed ultrasound imaging of the female reproductive system to help identify the causes of infertility and to guide fertility treatments. This role involves performing high-quality ultrasounds, collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff, and offering education and emotional support to patients. This position does require you to be available to work at both of our Englewood and Rose locations whenever it is deemed necessary. This position also requires you to work occasional weekends, depending on the 'on call' scheduling calendar. You will be trained fully before your weekend calendar commences. Responsibilities:

Pre-Operative evaluations. Ultrasounds FDA Evaluations. Annual examinations. Monitor established pregnancies via ultrasonography and laboratory values through the first trimester. Perform intrauterine inseminations, as directed. Obtain pre-authorizations for IUI cycles. Patient injection teaching. Follow up with patient after ultrasound scan. Communicate with patient in person or on the telephone regarding patient medication, treatment plans, and test results. Document into EMR all patient plans and interactions with patient and physician. Provide compassion and emotional support to patient throughout their infertility experience. Participate in educating and/or training nurses, as directed. Support the Denver Fertility management team as necessary Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Licensure 2-year Fertility or OB/GYN experience preferred DEA License Must be well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills Must communicate positively and professionally with all internal and external customers, physicians, and team members. Displays a positive attitude and flexibility in changing situations Participates in identifying problems and suggesting solutions Independent, motivated, analytical, organized team player with thorough follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment Always maintain strict confidentiality for all patient and clinic information

The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
