• Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and complete duties/projects within allotted time.

Duties expected to perform : Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy Receiving and escorting visitors Orienting and mentoring new nursing assistants Maintaining linens, supplies, and equipment Assuring all documentation is in place for compliance and safety of patient care. Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication. Communication and presentation skills Excellent customer service and people skills (including one-on-one interaction and group environment) Proven organization and attention to detail Demonstrated computer skills Required license or certification: Certified Nursing Assistant Certification High School Diploma or GED Valid First Aid and CPR Certification-preferred but can schedule training if needed.
