Nursery Attendant

Overview We are looking to expand our team this summer season, join us in exploring beautiful Telluride through the curious eyes of a toddler! We are looking for kind, responsible, patient teachers to help create long lasting memories for our Cubs this summer!

Join our play based childcare program as a Nursery Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a nurturing environment for young children to learn, grow, and thrive! Duties Assist in supervising children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and engagement Support classroom management by organizing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth Provide attentive infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by sanitizing toys, furniture, and activity areas regularly Skills Verifiable experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings experience preferred Basic knowledge and understanding of childhood development and abilities from birth to five. Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques Certification in Infant and Child first aid and CPR Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, parents, and guardians effectively Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm Help us to make this the best summer season yet!
