Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about helping others, particularly those with developmental disabilities or memory care needs. WE HAVE WEEKLY PAY
• Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing clients. Assist with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs. Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety during movement. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Document and maintain accurate medical records as required. Support clients with daily activities and engage them in social interactions to enhance their well-being. Assist with medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Qualifications Previous experience in long-term care or hospice care is preferred but not mandatory. CPR certification is highly desirable to ensure client safety in emergency situations, but is not mandatory. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records. Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks while ensuring a clean environment for clients. Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families. Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each client, particularly those requiring memory care.
