Marbridge Retirement Center, a respected provider of luxury assisted care located at 665 West Main Street, Cheshire, is actively seeking mature, seasoned PCAs and CNAs to join our compassionate team. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, empathy, and a strong work ethic to deliver outstanding care to senior residents in a warm, elegant setting. All experience levels that meet certification requirements are encouraged to apply — retirees, trainees, and students are welcome. We provide an owner-operated facility with lots of supervision and interaction for every caregiver to ensure you have the skills, confidence, and knowledge to excel. Our environment is fast-paced and collaborative, allowing team members to engage with multiple residents while building meaningful relationships with families and colleagues. Typical responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, monitoring resident well-being, and communicating effectively with the care team. Available shifts include 7 a.m.-3 p.m., 3 p.m.-11 p.m., and 11 p.m.-7 a.m., with additional shorter options such as 4 p.m.-8 p.m. and 6:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. We offer flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time positions, and weekend availability is a plus. \ Walk-in interviews are held Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at our facility.
