What PRN Looks Like Here

• + •Per diem / as-needed visits•+ •You choose your availability;•can work 2 hours or 8 hours + Ideal for CNAs wanting •flexibility, variety, or supplemental hours•+ Work independently in the field while staying connected to a clinical team •_•-_•?

What You'll Do

• + Provide
• direct personal care
• in patients' homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) + Assist with
• mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
• + Take and report
• vital signs
• + Observe and communicate
• changes in patient condition
• + Help maintain a
• safe, clean home environment
• + Follow the established
• plan of care under RN direction
• This is hands-on, patient-facing work where you step in and deliver exactly what's needed—nothing more, nothing less.

What We're Looking For

• + Active
• CNA or Home Health Aide certification
• + Experience in
• home health, hospital, or skilled nursing
• preferred + Comfortable working
• independently in the field
• + Strong communication and reliability +
• Reliable transportation
• to travel to patient homes + Physical Requirements
• Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
