CNA/PCT Instructor

Instructor Programs:

CNA, PCT, Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive instructional materials for CNA and PCT programs. Conduct hands-on training sessions, ensuring students gain practical skills and knowledge. Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content and materials. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in nursing, phlebotomy, and EKG procedures.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in Connecticut Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Teaching or training experience is a plus. - Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care systems, and standards of practice, Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment Can work Both our Fairfield and Stratford locations Clinical Experience Why Join Us?
