Hourly In-Home Caregiver, HHA/CNA

Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• May be required to drive & accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Caregiver certification(s) are a plus!

! (CNA, HHA, etc)

Strict Policies:

• Must be engaging, interactive & present with the client. No phone use.
• No headsets or earbuds in while with the client.
• Must dress & present yourself professionally.
