Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid with Dementia experience to join our team. We Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement, while providing personal care and assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders. You will also establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.

What We Offer:

Requirements:
